The Precision Rifle Experience

$1,500.00

M‍ay 13-16, 2027 - Ben Franklin Range - Templeton, PA ‍

The Precision Rifle Experience is a comprehensive, hands-on course designed to take shooters through the complete process of becoming more capable and confident with a precision rifle. We don’t expect to make you a perfect shooter in four days. Our goal is to give you the knowledge, skills, and understanding you need to identify what to work on; and the tools to keep getting better long after the class is over.

Whether you're new to precision rifle shooting or already have experience, this course brings together the foundational skills, technical knowledge, and practical application needed to get the most out of your rifle and optic.

We'll begin by establishing a solid foundation; proper rifle and optic setup, zeroing, fundamentals, internal and external ballistics, ballistic data, and building a rifle profile in a Kestrel 5700 Elite. From there, we'll take those fundamentals beyond the traditional prone position, making precision rifle shooting more challenging and rewarding.

Students will work through positional shooting from a variety of props, tripod deployment and shooting techniques, gear management, unknown-distance targets, wind calls, holdovers & holdunders, spotting, and moving targets.

A Kestrel 5700 Elite will be provided on loan for the duration of the class, allowing each student to build a rifle profile, generate ballistic solutions, and create custom target cards throughout the course.
